Documents Requirement For NWR Recruitment 2025
Candidates should keep the following documents/certificates ready before applying online:

Proof of Age & Qualification (Matriculation/10th Certificate & Marksheet indicating Date of Birth).

Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable).

Experience Certificate (if applicable).

Disability Certificate (for PwD candidates, if applicable).

Scanned Colour Photograph (recent, passport-size, JPG/JPEG format, 20–70 KB, clear front view without cap/sunglasses).

Scanned Signature (in running handwriting, not in capital/block letters, JPG/JPEG format).
Important Notes:

Candidates will not be allowed entry into the CBT/Interview/Psychometric Test venue without the Admit Card and a valid Photo Identity Card (same as provided during registration).

If the Date of Birth is not available in the Matriculation/10th Certificate, a School Leaving Certificate indicating Date of Birth will be considered.
Selection Procedure
- The selection will be based on a merit list prepared from the average percentage of marks in matriculation (minimum 50% aggregate) and ITI in the relevant trade. In case of a tie, preference will be given to the older candidate, and if the date of birth is also the same, the one who passed matriculation earlier will be considered. The final merit list will be prepared division/unit-wise, trade-wise, and community-wise as per available slots. Selection is subject to verification of original documents and a medical certificate.

Fill in the personal details/BIO-DATA carefully as per instructions provided on the portal.

Aadhaar Card is mandatory. The 12-digit Aadhaar number must be entered during registration and produced in original during document verification.

Ensure that Name, Father’s Name, and Date of Birth exactly match the matriculation/equivalent certificate. Any mismatch will lead to rejection.

Provide a valid mobile number and email ID and keep them active for all communication via SMS/Email.

Candidates can apply for only one unit. Multiple applications with different details/email/mobile will be rejected.

Keep a printout of the online application for producing at the time of document verification.
